Shipping Policy

All Backyard Folly plan sets are delivered as digital downloads — there's no physical shipping involved.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to download your plan set files. 

Delivery time

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. If you don't receive your confirmation email within 15–20 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Trouble accessing your files

If your download link doesn't work, your files are missing pages, or you're having any other issue accessing your plan set, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out promptly.
